If you’re looking for the #1 Minecraft server in Asia, then search no more! We host multiple servers that support both the Bedrock and Java editions. With our latest update, no matter which version of Minecraft you purchased, you can now access both editions.

For those new to Minecraft and wondering what the difference is between the Minecraft Java & Bedrock versions, here’s a quick overview:

Bedrock Pocket Edition

Minecraft Bedrock is the original vanilla version of the game. It was built from scratch using a relatively new programming language called C++. The advantage of building it using C++ was that you could now play the game on your mobile device, such as an android or iPhone – which is where it gets its name, ‘Pocket’ edition.

As the game grew more popular, it came up with additional versions that could be used on many more platforms, such as Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, Ipads and, of course, the desktop PC! Although the game was picking up in popularity, there was a huge drawback to the Pocket edition. And that was, Minecraft Bedrock cannot be modded in any way, and we all know how gamers just love using mods to improve the game!

Java Edition

To address the main issue with Minecraft Bedrock, came out the Minecraft Java Edition. As the name implies, this edition has been built using the Java programming language. The best thing about it is that the Minecraft Java edition can be fully customised using mods and plugins to give you many new features in the game. The only major drawback to the java edition is that it can only be played on a Desktop/Laptop Pc or a Mac.

The Salty Zombies #1 Minecraft Java Server in Asia has many cool plugins and mods, as mentioned further below, that you can use to fully customise your gaming experience. Some of these features also help us to better moderate their servers and keep a check on all cheaters, hackers, griefers etc. With all the cool mods and plugins, we certainly prefer the Minecraft Java edition. But hey, if you like it straight-up vanilla, then the Bedrock Pocket edition is the one for you!

Daily Supply Airdrops

In this unique event set in this PVP-enabled zone, players have the opportunity to collect rare in-game items. A limited amount of treasure chests will be spawned randomly over the map as Tier 1, 2, or 3 chests, and players will race to find as many as they can to receive the gifts based on the chests’ tier.

Fishing Competition

This mod is part of the Survival and Resource World. This server-wide event encourages users to go fishing in search of the rarest catch! All you need is a fishing rod and a body of water, and you’re ready to get started. The fish come in many shapes, sizes, and rarities, ranging from common to epic to legendary! If you get the rarest catch within an hour, you’ll win a one-of-a-kind crate key! So, what are you going to do with all of your catch? Sell them to our own NPC trader and receive Salty coins in exchange!

Daily/Monthly Gifts

On the #1 Minecraft Server in Asia, players can claim daily gifts by visiting the Courier NPC, located in the centre courtyard of the main spawn location. Additionally, donors will be able to claim a monthly special delivery gift. The rewards are determined by their current donor rating.

Weekly Kits

Is this your first time on the server? No worries! Use the /Kits command to gain access to a collection of starter items that will come in handy on your first day! These items differ based on your donor tier, but you will always receive food, tools, a weapon, armour, and other necessities. After that, gamers will be able to utilise the command every week!

Player Jobs

Finding employment is the most effective method to earn Salty Coins! By navigating to the jobs menu (/jobs), players can choose up to three different jobs and complete them by executing specified activities in the game. If you like mining for stone and ores, consider becoming a miner. Or, if you want to acquire a lot of wood, why not become a woodcutter? If you like combating mobs, you may make money by becoming a hunter! Players can choose between 12 different jobs. You can also switch jobs at any time. You level up your character as you complete activities based on them, unlocking additional abilities that allow you to complete your jobs more quickly.

Doing Quests

With over 670 tasks for users to accomplish, the #1 Minecraft server in Asia will never leave you bored. Each task fits into one of eight categories: gathering, harvesting, killing, mining, and walking. Each category has unique tasks that steadily rise in complexity. For example, you can accomplish the Stone quests 1 to 6 or the Deepslate Iron quests 1 to 6 from the Mining Quests list. In addition, depending on the mission’s difficulty, quests will provide one or two of the following: Experience, Tokens, and Salty Coins. These missions are available in the  Resource World, Survival World, Nether World, and End-World.

Dungeon World Exploration

Unlocking the Dungeon world is one of this server’s distinctive features and a very likely aspirational aim for many gamers. The dungeon world allows you to have an adventure with your buddies in this custom-made scenario. And to test your abilities and equipment is a basic dungeon crawl experience with new enemies and bosses. The dungeon has multiple levels to unlock, and as you travel through them, the enemies become more powerful. As a result, of course, the prizes will be larger! Mobs drop shards in the dungeon environment, which may be utilised to get unique goods and prizes. You may also follow your progress through the many unlocked reward levels as you accumulate shards.

Levelling System

Another fun way for people to enjoy the #1 Minecraft Server in Asia is through the player character levelling system. Players may advance their character from Level 1 to Level 70 by fulfilling the conditions on every level. Completing particular missions or voting for the server many times can count. You will receive specific prizes ranging from Salty Money and in-game goodies when you reach a new level. New levels also enable special commands or allow access to new locations to explore, such as the Nether worlds. The level system ensures that both experienced and inexperienced players are treated fairly. Even with the increased challenge, it will make your game experience more enjoyable!

PVP Areas

For those who love some PVP action apart from the regular building and adventure, the #1 Minecraft Server in Asia by Salty Zombies offers some new ways to get all the PVP action you desire! Here you get to use 3 PVP-enabled zones. One such zone dedicated for PVP action, called the Warzone, is located just outside the main spawn courtyard. There are 3 gates to the area, and you can enter from any one of these gates. Once inside, you will find yourself in a large open area where you can go all out against other players. This zone is also marked to receive daily supply drops. Other interesting PVP zones are located in the Nether world and End world, making exploring these new worlds even more difficult. Note that you will drop all items and equipment that you carry if you get killed inside this zone. There are other rules specific to the PVP zones, so make sure you know them before entering!

Minecraft Server Currency

The Salty Zombies Asia Minecraft Server supports a wide range of currencies. Emeralds are the vanilla currency. To earn them, you would generally mine them or sell items to the village traders. However, Salty Zombies have incorporated certain unique elements that allow you to earn them Emeralds as well as other currencies. All money in the game may be obtained through playing, either through job tasks such as mining, fishing etc. or by performing missions and events. You may spend these many sorts of cash on in-game stuff or cosmetic items for your character.

Emeralds

These are still the main in-game currency you will need to trade with any villagers and travelling merchants.

Salty Coins

Our main server currency that players can earn as they play the game. These are earned by taking jobs, completing quests, selling items to one of our custom NPC merchants, trading with other players, and sometimes even as rewards from crates. These coins can be used to purchase items from NPCs, player shops, and our in-game server store. In addition, you can ‘withdraw’ your money to pay to trade with other players and protect it from loss on death.

Tokens

Tokens are a special type of currency that can only be gained as a reward for completing certain quests. Tokens are used to purchase unique items from the Wizard at our main spawn area.

Experience

Player experience can be used to purchase special enchantments from the Enchanter NPC at the main spawn area. Experience can also be ‘bottled’ to save it for later use and protect it from loss on death.

Graveyards and Gravestones

Dying in-game could be a hassle, especially since you would typically drop everything you have. With our player graveyard plugin, you don’t have to worry. You can save your current inventory and equipment in one of your available graveyards when you die. You can then claim these items back after a cooldown period of one hour or use a gravestone to claim them immediately. Layers start the game with 1 graveyard slot and 3 gravestones for their use.

Cubelets

These are unique items that are earned from crates and certain quests. They are used to buy cosmetic items that can be equipped for your character, such as player trails, player outlines, and even chat or name colours. Cubelets also can be purchased in our online store. https://minecraft.saltyzombies.com/.

Shards

These are unique items that drop from slaying mobs in the dungeon world. These shards can be used to claim special rewards to help you in your adventure. The more shards you collect, the higher the chance of getting better rewards!

Multiple Worlds

Spawn – The primary spawn location welcomes users to a beautiful, secure zone. Here you will find other players & NPCs with whom you may freely engage. Each NPC provides thrilling access to the different modules that make the game even more interesting and enjoyable to play. The main spawn location also houses the world portal, which offers you access to all of the worlds available on this server! The main courtyard connects to the PVP-enabled Warzone that surrounds it through three gates from which you can exit. This makes it ideal for wargames and PVP action. Players may always use the /spawn command to return to the main spawn place.

Survival World

Survival world – The primary PVE survival world in the #1 Minecraft Server in Asia gives players a large 900,000 × 900,000 space to explore and develop on. This world, set at normal difficulty, allows access to all biomes, from sparse jungles to cold oceans, granite summits to lush tunnels. Players will undoubtedly appreciate travelling to different locales in order to discover their most hidden secrets. Discover and defend towns, raid mansions and pillager outposts, enter the darkest tunnels and dungeons, bring treasures home, and develop your empire! Through the world portal in the main spawn area or the /worlds command, you can enter the world and arrive at a random spot.

The End World

The End World – You can enter the End world once you reach level 30. Explore end cities and ships while being prepared to fight your way to shulker shells while being watched over by Endermen. Since this vast world is set up as another PVP zone, keep an eye out for other players who may be seeking the same loot. It should be noted that entering the End via the world portal or the /worlds commands will transfer players to a random place in the End. To battle the ender dragon, you must still discover and trigger an end portal from the main surviving world.

Resource World

Resource World – If you wish to acquire resources without having to worry about zombies and creepers lurking behind them, then this randomly generated world with a peaceful difficulty level is ideal for you. Whether you’re gathering various types of wood or the rarest of ores, this 10,000 by 10,000 area will provide you with everything you need in your survival stronghold. Because the world resets every 7 days, resources are nearly infinite! The resource world may be accessed via the world portal in the main spawn area or the /worlds command.

Nether World

Your Minecraft trip is never complete unless you visit the Nether World! After all, some of the most important commodities you’ll need can only be cultivated in this delightfully creepy setting illuminated by blazing lava streams. Looking for fortifications and bastions to pillage? Or maybe you want to trade with Piglins? Or cultivate vibrant timber from red forests? You are capable of doing all of this and more. The huge world is meant to be a PVP zone, so explore only when you are ready. To assure your readiness, the nether is only accessible after you reach level 15. You can reach random nether locations using the world portal in the main spawn area or the /worlds command. You can also create nether portals from the main survival world and use them when you have reached the required level.

Creative World

This tranquil flat world is intended for donors who wish to access the game’s creative menu. This vast world is your canvas, whether you want to test your base, farm build-concepts, or work on one of your artistic masterpieces. It should be noted that your character’s existing equipment and inventory items will not be available when you join this creative environment, but they will be available when you exit. You will also be unable to transport any objects from our creative world to the main surviving world or other worlds (resource world, nether, the end, and dungeon world).

Dungeons World

This custom-generated environment provides players who achieve level 25 with a PVE dungeon delve experience that will put your character’s combat skills to the test. With bespoke creatures that get stronger at each stage, you’ll need the greatest weapons and equipment to survive. There are also loot and gather shards that may be exchanged for collectable goods found only in the Dungeon realm. Bring a friend and travel with them for double the pleasure!

Minecraft Tutorials

Although Minecraft may appear to be a basic block-building game, at its core, it consists of a very complex design. For example, the crafting system demands you to know exactly where to place each material in the crafting slots in order to construct a certain item. To avoid feeling overwhelmed, we strongly advise watching the instructional videos below.
