Dirty Dawg Biography:

Born in 1978 in Kristiansand, Norway, but as a UK citizen since my parents were both in the military. My father was a PT Instructor, Outdoor Pursuits and Survival Instructor in the British army, and my mother was in the Military police. I grew up with an older brother, and we had opportunities to live in a few different countries around Europe and travel to many others.

I was a Bar manager in my last job but have had many others from Tool Setting to Welding, working in shops and hotels, night shift security, and the list goes on, a jack of all trades but master of none. I have two children and three stepchildren. The step kids have all grown up and left home. I am now a stay-at-home Dad looking after my autistic daughter, the pay sucks, but the rewards are so much better.

A lifelong Liverpool FC fan who started supporting them in about 1984 has been through the highs and lows. I now enjoy taking my son to games and making memories with him. My other passion is gaming. My gaming evolution started on the Atari 2600 and then progressed to the Acorn Electron and Commodore Amiga 500. The Nintendo Gameboy, SNES, N64, Megadrive, Playstation 1,2,3,4. Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One and now a Series X.

I also play on PC, which is what I now use most. I am not the most talkative gamer, but I like the camaraderie and laughs that come with gaming. Gaming has played a big part in my life as it serves as an escape and provides solace from the everyday chaos that life brings, and my partner is very understanding of this… Most of the time.

Having started playing 7 Days to Die in about 2016 I stumbled upon the Salty Zombies servers around 2018 and have been playing on them ever since. I jump between games now and then but always seem to return to 7DTD.
